The Community Foundation works with local donors to help meet the most critical needs of the region.  We care deeply about our vulnerable neighbors, and we know that you care too.  Our grants support programs addressing Poverty Relief, Child and Youth Development, Education, Health, Mental Health and Aging, and Military Personnel and Their Families.
